Originally from Delhi, Louisiana, Jason R. May has called Baton Rouge home since 1997. His legal career has been shaped by a strong Louisiana foundation, courtroom experience, and a commitment to helping clients through important and often emotional legal matters.
Jason attended Louisiana State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He later attended Southern University Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor.
After passing the Louisiana Bar Examination, Jason served as a law clerk and staff attorney in both civil district court and juvenile court in Baton Rouge. That experience provided valuable exposure to a wide range of legal issues and helped shape the practical, client-focused approach he brings to his practice today.
Jason founded The May Law Firm in 2006 and now focuses his practice on adoption, personal injury, succession, probate, and estate planning matters.
